Tailgate with Granholm, Cherry, Dingell, potato chips, etc. (updated)

         (J. Grho & D. Bo. Our Governor looks photogenic–of course–; I REMEMBER smiling, but it must’ve been before or after the photo was snapped…well, we’ll let her run for Governor)
As per a previous post, there were tailgates near Michigan Stadium today…I didn’t get to the Stabenow one, but got to go to the one with the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, local Congressman, and a cast of many more. Including many foods: potato chips, keg of root beer, cheese cubes, pepperoni, brownies, etc.
The Governor graciously introduced me to her sister-in-law as a notable blogger. (Thanks!) I also apologized to the Gov for the mishap on Daily Kos when a tech person shut down the site while JG was posting there in person last month; JG, again graciously, made no complaint but rather, commented on the difficulty she herself had when blogging/answering questions by laptop in a moving car. (I think she may have offered to blog again, too!)
As for others: Congressman Dingell, and to an extent Lt. Gov. Cherry, thought worthwhile my idea that maybe Michigan Democratic legislators could propose a 25-year limit on affirmative action, to disprove any MCRI lies that affirmative action supporters want aff. action until 1,000,000 A.D. or longer. (MCRI, unfortunately, seems ahead in the polls right now…)
There were also local celebs like AA City Councilman Stephen Rapundalo, and Jamie Ruth of UM College Democrats.
I forgot sunscreen and have turned red, though not bright red.
        A fine day for all!
(P.S. Michigan 31, Michigan State an unlucky 13, the inverse of 31. –Go Blooo!)

(Nice photo folks! Glad I took a good one…)
